Experience: 5+ years experience working in a fast-paced environment; thorough understanding of US visas types (F-1, H-1B, TN, O-1); working knowledge of Canada immigration laws, knowledge of HR practices and principles preferred but not required.

Organized: Create scalable, simple, and organized processes.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor with a high regard for confidentiality.
Tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Prior experience working with a HRIS (preferably Workday) preferred but not required.
Team Oriented: Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple team members.

Manage immigration operational policies and end-to-end processes as the main point of contact for all immigration and mobility related matters
Advise stakeholders and host informational sessions on immigration requirements, regulatory updates, processes, and timelines
Work cross functionally with employees, managers, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product business groups
Partner with outside immigration counsel to initiate new cases and manage work authorization renewals
Keep employees informed by creating and maintaining parts of our internal resources, ensuring FAQ content is updated and accessible.
Partner with Onboarding teams to manage and ensure a great experience for new hires
Collaborate within the People team on projects, programs, and initiatives to support Roblox’s growth
