As a Talent Research Specialist, you’ll map and identify technical talent through research methodologies, competitor analysis and partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Teams. At the same time, build passive, but targeted talent networks to nurture and engage as we continue to build diverse teams. The role will be based onsite full time in Gurugram, India and report into our Sr. TA Director & India Site Leader.
Shift Time: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Cabs will be provided)
You will:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Teams to build and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline of talent for Roblox.
- Conduct heavy talent research such as competitor mapping and analysis, market segmentation insights, and demographic reports to inform our strategic approach to hiring as talent advisors.
- Run searches across multiple talent networks providing lead generation to Recruiting partners, while also assisting with inbound application volumes and employee referral reviews.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for multiple job requisitions at any given time for current and future hiring needs, creating enormous leverage across TA.
- Develop strategies utilizing all sourcing channels such as niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for internal positions; build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system.
- Ensure high data quality standards through data audits, clean up and talent system maintenance.
- Abide by Service level agreement commitments to maintain business continuity across TA, leading to faster delivery and support to our XFN stakeholders.
You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree at minimum
- 5+ years experience in technical sourcing or talent research capacity with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- Expert application of running Boolean searches and knowledge of search within LinkedIn, Github and any other technical talent research platforms.
- Excellent research/sourcing skills, bringing an innovative mindset to explore new approaches and ideas for hard-to-fill reqs.
- Must have a drive for continuous improvement, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's views
- Expert written and verbal proficiency in the English language
