Senior Recruiter is responsible for meeting the hiring needs by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates, building an active pipeline of potential candidates and our employer brand on the market. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have the best possible experience during their journey with us.

  • Ability to perform thorough candidate assessment (Culture fit, soft skills, relevant knowledge)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently, ownership and step in to support the team when necessary
  • Language expertise (Hungarian & English)
