The CRM team is being newly formed and is expected to be a strong contributor to company’s results.

Role Overview

CRM Campaign specialist is responsible for effective communication within the CRM strategy of Rohlik.cz. Through email and push campaigns contributes to increase of brand value and loyalty through the frequency and volume of transactions with usage of techniques and tools for continuous optimization of campaigns, incl. testing. Uses segmentation and personalization to maximize the campaign impact.

Responsibilities

What we expect from you?

Campaign execution

  • Sets up individual e-mail campaigns, continuously optimizes and exploits them
  • Prepares test campaigns and executes a / b tests
  • Implements new trends in the field of emailing (e.g. towards automation and personalization of messages, creating more complex communication with customers) and push messaging
  • Is capable of understanding the strategy and is directly responsible for operations execution
  • Deeply involved in with marketing planning – especially during the brief phase, where the products & main message is being created

Monitoring and analytics

  • Regularly analyzes the performance of e-mailing campaigns and suggests adjustments their settings to maximize results, incl. ROI
  • Pilots various campaigns and evaluates

Cooperation

  • Internal: CRM, BI, Marketing
  • External: digital agency (if not handled by internal resources)

We like people who

  • Proactive person who has a background in digital industry (e-commerce, agency, media company)
  • Experience with campaign planning & performance tools
  • Experience with deploying and optimization of marketing campaigns in online platforms (FB, Google, Adform, content networks)
  • Experience with analytical platforms (Google, Tableau) is an advantage
  • Mindset for optimization and testing to achieve the best ROI
  • Capable of understanding basic data sets and its implications
  • Experience in GA/PPC/Performance marketing is an advantage
  • Able to adapt to “urgent delivery” culture, stress resistant
  • Ability to proactively respond to current demand developments, sense of the commercial impact of digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate insights from data analytics to campaign optimization
  • Ability to work closely with related team members (marketing, commercial)
  • Knowledge of online and/or multi-channel retail/FMCG environment an advantage
