Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Location Munich, Frankfurt and/or home office

As one of our Brand Managers you will be responsible for planning and implementing powerful marketing activities at one or more locations in Germany. In addition, you will take over the management of national projects or task areas. You are a doer, entrepreneur and passionate marketeer with the ability to convince others of your ideas. Your actions influence the daily business process and require short-term coordination with other departments, such as Category Management and Operations. Your direct impact on Knuspr’s success makes you an indispensable member of the marketing team.

Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a comprehensive regional marketing plan.
  • Develop and implement powerful B2C activities with focus on OOH, radio, guerrilla.
  • Lead national marketing projects, e.g. from the areas of market research, loyalty programs, campaign design, content production
  • Consequent management of creative and media agencies
  • Analysis of market and business data
  • Detailed performance tracking for ROI optimization of all measures
  • Coordination with the entire marketing team and other internal stakeholders, e.g. category management

Your experience

  • Degree in marketing/communications or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2C brand/marketing management
  • Experience in working with creative, media and promotion agencies
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail or FMCG an advantage
  • Perfect German and confident written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Dependent, determined and structured way of working
  • Fun working in a team
