Role Overview

We grow rapidly and expand to more European cities. This requires an innovative development of Rohlík’s business processes and an automation of our FC is one of our key success factors.

The process manager (PM) will prepare concepts and deliver solutions with selected vendors, set plans, budgets and timelines and will steer projects accordingly. PM will closely work with the country Operations teams and the Group Operational Excellence Tribe.

At the same time, the PM is involved in building Rohlík’s strategy and generates ideas making the company better.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create concepts and solutions for requested scope of In-/Outbound process automation
  • Define the automation scope and capacity for each FC and ensure technical feasibility
  • Prepare project plans, coordinate developments and lead implementations
  • Define the business´s benefits, prepare budgets and timelines
  • Facilitate cooperation and communication with related departments and squads in company
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and perform risk management
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments according to project constraints
  • Report and escalate to management
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders as well as with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Look for opportunities for further service development and CX

Your experience

  • More than 10 years of practical experience with
  • A) project management,
  • B) designing or optimizing WH processes and material flows,
  • C) implementing automation solutions, incl. integration WCS, WMS and ERP
  • Personal approach to automate processes by understanding drivers and associated efficiency
  • Quickly iterate, evaluate and make data driven decisions
  • Clear communication and intercultural leadership
  • Presentation of ideas and work in front of company key stakeholders and management
  • English language at C1/C2 level, German language is an advantage
  • Overview of standards and trends in e-commerce and retail would be an advantage
