If you have organizational skills, you will have no problem coming up with new ideas, then executing them and bringing projects from the initial idea to the final result, of course with the help of colleagues and all at a fast pace of our company. If you have a positive attitude towards food, you are familiar with current food trends, you have previous experience in the food segment, whether in the field of retail, Gastronomy or FMCG market, then we are looking for you!

Your responsibilities

What we expect from you

  • Be the voice of our brand on social platforms - establish and grow our brand story along other communication channels
  • Create a long-term social media strategy together with the brand managers.
  • Create the weekly PED
  • Live with customer feedback on social media day and night:
  • Engage with customers, use negative feedback to improve company
  • Turn negative experiences around by being honest and helpful
  • Own & promote our blog to increase customer engagement.
  • Be creative and always strive to come up with new unique ideas how to share our brand story.
  • Monitoring competitors activities on social network.
  • Build the visibility of our company’s social content with page optimization techniques on all social media and search networks.
  • Be fierce voice of the customer inside the company - make sure the customers are heard and their feedback is acted upon
  • You will also work very closely with
  • Internal: marketing director, senior brand, trade marketing, CRM managers, commercial department, creative team
  • External: creative, media agencies and other external suppliers

Your experience

What we look for

  • Experience operating in a high-growth environment and delivering social media initiatives that drive business impact.
  • 3+ years of relevant Social Media Specialist / Manager experience
  • Creative, Strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Organizational skills and ability to get things done on time
  • High levels of accountability, to self, others and the organisation
  • English language skills B2/C1
  • Knowledge of the retail environment is an advantage
  • Love for food
  • Adaptable, comfortable with fast-changing environment
