T Operations Support Specialist is responsible for creation, maintenance and control of devices which are crucial for the operation of the whole company process, or which support the company process. IT Operations Support Specialist also secures an operation of the IT part of the warehouse. Your responsibilities

Support of HW functionality:

  • Overview about your support “shift”
  • Availability on phone in case of support
  • Confirmation of acceptance to a task submitter
  • Solve the problem if possible or discuss with a senior colleague
  • Securing functionality of deployed devices
  • Immediate solution of any IT issue
  • Report of potential issues to online Rohlík system
  • Computer installation
  • Network infrastructure monitoring

Your experience

  • You already have 2-3 years of professional experience in IT support
  • Ability to keep calm in situation of crises
  • Ability to manage stressing situation
  • Deep IT knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of computer basics; knowledge of terminology
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows (and ideally also Linux shell, Android + ads etc.), scripting basics
  • Basic knowledge of alternative operating systems and devices - BYOD
  • Basic knowledge of networks, WIFI, WLAN, addressing, AP in cluster with “controller”, function of each device etc.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Required: driving license
