What you'll be doing
- You'll own the sales cycle from discovery through to close - but for us, that starts with genuinely understanding your customers. You'll take the time to understand their challenges, build trusted relationships and position SafetyCulture as a solution that makes a real difference to how their teams operate. You'll deliver compelling demos, handle complex negotiations and close deals that work for everyone.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a sales or commercial role, with a track record of hitting targets. SaaS or tech sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Comfortable managing a pipeline, following a sales process, and keeping your stakeholders informed at every stage.
- A consultative approach, you listen well, ask the right questions, and can tailor your pitch to different buyers.
- A genuine relationship builder who creates trust quickly and can maintain strong, long-term connections with customers.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where things move quickly.
