The Soul

As BDR you will play a fundamental role in driving SafetyCulture towards its 2020 vision. You are driven by sales and new business helping us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You excel at picking up the phone to generate new business, meet prospective customers face to face, work with channel partners, generate interest, qualify prospects and provide overall support to ensure sales target achieved.

The Role

  • Prospect for new sales and create opportunities in an uncapped market
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities (Hottest ones of course) to Customer Success Manager(s)
  • Source new sales opportunities through various channels
  • Support all sales activities so that quarterly targets are achieved
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of leads in your region
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Where are we

We’ve just moved to a brand new office in Kansas City! KCMO boasts vibrant arts, delicious dining and Midwest hospitality at its finest. Our office is located in a bustling area filled with galleries, bars and plenty of places to explore. Kansas City is a place for tech-minded people and has a number of startups and tech companies in the area. Fun fact: It's also the third largest beef capital in the United States!
