As the Director of Global Go-To-Market Enablement, you will lead the strategy and execution of sales and customer success enablement initiatives to empower our global salesforce to achieve and exceed their targets. You will oversee the design, delivery, and optimization of sales and CS training programs while managing a team of Go-To-Market Enablement Specialists. Your leadership will ensure our sales and CS teams have the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources needed to succeed in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilites:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global Go-To-Market enablement strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior sales and customer success leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify enablement priorities and ensure alignment.
- Partner with regional MDs to drive accountability and consistency across sales and CS teams.
- Training and Development:
- Oversee the creation and delivery of sales and CS training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and advanced sales techniques.
- Ensure programs are tailored to different regions, roles, and sales stages.
- Leverage modern learning technologies and methodologies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Go-To-Market Enablement Specialists, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Content and Tools:
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure the GTM teams have access to relevant, up-to-date content, tools, and resources.
- Implement and manage enablement platforms, CRM tools, and analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of GTM enablement programs on sales performance and retention.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful GTM enablement programs at scale.
- Leadership:
- Strong team management skills, with experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Sales Expertise:
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong).
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
