There is an exciting opportunity in our Kansas Ciy office for an ambitious, customer centric and driven individual to take on a unique, hybrid role between one of our adjacent products, in our lone worker team whilst also contributing to the broader GTM function. As a Hybrid Account Executive, you will build relationships with members of the sales team, assisting in landing new business by providing valuable insights and helping customers find ROI by utilising the our lone worker products. With a deep understanding of the capabilities of the product, you will highlight relevant features to assist in solving customer problems, maximising the value extracted by businesses. Internally you are the product expert, finding solutions to complex problems for the sales team, and helping customers drive adoption within their organisations. You will also contribute directly to our growth targets, following up warm leads with customers who have already expressed an interest in our product, or prospecting for new business and negotiating deals. With a demonstrated shared passion for our mission to drive better quality and safer work practices globally, you will build close relationships with our customers and be the ultimate brand ambassador.
What will I be doing?
- Prospect for new customers and qualify opportunities for further growth; driving pipeline and directly contributing to the growth of SafetyCulture’s customer base
- You will be a product expert with the ability to advise customers on best practices using SHEQSY, SafetyCulture’s standalone lone worker solution, as well as SafetyCulture’s new lone worker feature within the core software
- Collaborate with other GTM team members to identify areas of opportunity for lone worker products to deployed with new and existing customers
- Conduct in person and online demonstrations of the lone worker products, acting as a consultant for prospective and current customers
- Ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding experience, developing long-term, successful customer relationships
- Conduct group training sessions to upskill and educate wider sales team members on new and developing product features
- Educating customers/colleagues of additional offerings within the lone worker products, including hardware we integrate with, 24/7 monitoring, calendar integrations, and bluetooth buttons.
What do I need?
- Experience working in a sales role ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Active listening skills, and an ability to understand customer pain points and take action
- Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organisation
- Ability to build building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Resilience, self-motivation, and tenacity that will help you to easily adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
