As we continue to rapidly scale a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEO Manager to join our Marketing team . As one of our key acquisition channels, this is a unique opportunity to truly make an impact as we continue to invest in our future.

As SEO Manager, you will lead SafetyCulture’s Global SEO.strategy. Bringing along a new, creative and fresh perspective, you will uplift SEO capability and take our strategy to the next level.

Working closely with global and cross functional teams, you will proactively lead all aspects of SEO including content strategy development and technical SEO.

  • Your hands on and collaborative approach combined with your indepth industry knowledge will ensure our SEO strategy remains a cornerstone of SafetyCulture’s growth.

What will I be doing>

  • Own, develop, and communicate SafetyCulture’s SEO strategy
  • Ongoing topic research and opportunity identification.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in SEO and become our expert to share best practices
  • Working closely with web developers, analysts, and other marketing team members to implement your strategy.
  • Help guide a team of content and SEO specialists.
  • Set clear KPIs, goals, and determine what success looks like.

What do I Need?

  • 4+ years in-house or agency experience, with a proven track record of driving growth from search engines, not just ‘doing SEO’.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in all aspects of SEO. From technical audits to content marketing and building link equity.
  • B2B SaaS experience Highly Desirable
  • Strong analyst that is comfortable with making data-informed decisions.
  • Experienced using analytics and research tools to help define SEO strategies (eg. Google Analytics, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Looker/Tableau, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl).
