We are seeking a skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive impactful improvements across our technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Revenue Operations Systems, CRM Business Systems, or Sales Operations, who is passionate about optimizing systems and processes to support SafetyCulture’s growth. Reporting to the GTM Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SafetyCulture's revenue tech stack, ensuring that our investments are fully utilized and integrated. You will leverage the latest technologies and best practices to enhance the productivity and experience of our Sales and Success teams. This role requires close collaboration with various functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Data Analytics, to drive meaningful results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure that Sales and Success teams have access to, and are effectively utilizing, technology solutions aligned with the company's growth objectives and goals.
- Lead technology assessment initiatives, including defining scope, requirements, evaluation criteria, and quantifying business benefits, while recommending optimal solutions.
- Manage cross-functional projects, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new technologies or system changes, ensuring a smooth rollout through design, testing, iteration, and successful adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify challenges and inefficiencies, proposing technical solutions that leverage existing tools and/or third-party vendors.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies in the market with an eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of best practices for utilizing sales technology.
What You Will Do:
- 2+ years in a Revenue Operations Systems role or 3+ years in Sales Operations or Business Analyst roles
- Hands-on experience with core revenue tech stack tools, including Salesforce (SFDC) Gong, Outreach and ZoomInfo
- Proficiency in data tools (Tableau, Python, SQL) and project management systems (Jira, Asana).
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams on solution design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations, dashboards and documentation.
- A highly collaborative style with strong influencing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
