The Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded and relationship-led Strategic Relationship Manager to join SafetyCulture Care in a newly created market-facing role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to help grow our presence across the broker market, deepen strategic partnerships and become a trusted representative of SafetyCulture Care.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front of customers and partners, enjoys building strong commercial relationships and wants to play a meaningful role in a fast-growing business that combines insurance expertise with SafetyCulture’s broader platform and product ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing broker partners across your territory
- Develop and execute strategic distribution and growth initiatives for SafetyCulture Care
- Drive profitable new business growth and expand market share through existing and new partnerships
- Identify, onboard and grow high-value broker and industry relationships
- Conduct broker meetings, presentations, market visits and joint planning sessions
- Deliver education, training and enablement sessions to brokers and key stakeholders
- Represent SafetyCulture Care at industry events, conferences and market days
- Act as a trusted market representative and key point of contact for strategic partners
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, market feedback and partnership priorities
- Champion the SafetyCulture Care proposition by connecting insurance outcomes with technology, risk management and operational improvement
About you
- Strong existing broker, adviser or industry relationships
- Experience in broking, underwriting, business development, partnerships or another market-facing insurance role
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong commercial acumen and a growth-focused mentality
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building credibility at all levels
- A genuine passion for networking, relationship management and business development
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing and evolving environment
