Growth Recruiter (Remote) Build Talent at Massive Scale

Location: 100% Remote

Type: Contract (Immediate Joining Only)

At Scale AI, we are scaling rapidly in the Generative AI space.

To support this growth, we are looking for someone who can think like a growth operator and execute like a recruiter.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will help build a high volume, high quality talent engine by bringing in thousands of skilled contributors across India who will directly contribute to training and evaluating advanced AI models.

What you will do

• Own mass hiring end to end across Coding, Math, and STEM roles
• Use LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and alternative channels to source talent at scale
• Continuously improve hiring funnels from outreach to onboarding
• Build structured and repeatable hiring processes
• Run efficient candidate evaluation using online assessment tools
• Work closely with stakeholders to align hiring goals with execution
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Leverage networks across Tier 1 colleges to access high potential talent
• Ensure a smooth and responsive candidate experience

What makes you a strong fit

• Experience in high volume or freelance hiring
• Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn
• Hands on experience with tools like Greenhouse, ATS platforms, and coding assessment tools
• Ability to think in terms of funnels, conversions, and hiring efficiency
• Comfortable working in fast paced and evolving environments
• Experience hiring from top colleges in India is a plus
• Strong written and spoken communication skills

3 to 10 years of experience preferred
