What we build We're building the software to empower the modern hybrid employee to make the best decisions with their flexibility. By increasing visibility into co-workers' work plans and helping employees optimize how and where they get their work done, Scoop enables everyone to get the most out of hybrid work. The core of Scoop's product is Scoop for Slack, which includes a powerful mix of functionality to help hybrid employees plan their hybrid work weeks more efficiently and effectively. With additional applications and functionality on iOS, Android, and browser extensions, Scoop works wherever hybrid employees do and integrates deeply with Google Calendar. Marketing @ Scoop Scoop’s vision is to make flexible work effortless and universal. Our Marketing team embraces this vision in how we connect with hybrid employees globally to amplify their stories. Our Marketing team is responsible for bringing hybrid employees along their journey as they explore, embrace, and benefit from the powerful tools Scoop has to offer them. The Growth Marketing Lead role will bring analytical rigor and user experience thinking forward in connecting more and more hybrid employees with Scoop. They will own the user acquisition and adoption strategy and tactics that bring Scoop into more organizations and teams globally.
In this role, you will:
- Develop Scoop’s product-led growth and acquisition strategies across content, SEO, and other channels
- Own and optimize the user funnel from landing page through onboarding + early education
- Be responsible for identifying and executing against opportunities to improve and expand the website’s conversion funnel
- Plan and carry out ongoing A/B testing across user journeys and website experiences
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Operations, and Support teams to establish a cohesive, cross-functional growth approach
- Be responsible for establishing, tracking, and improving Scoop’s marketing effectiveness and efficiency metrics
You should:
- Have 6+ years total work experience, with 4+ in Marketing or Growth-specific roles
- Have multiple years of experience in SaaS and/or Product-Led Growth organizations
- Have a heavily analytical, quantitative bias toward growth, with direct experience owning growth metrics or experimentation a plus
- Have a strong track record of creating and executing strategic, organic marketing plans
- Be a confident, capable writer and verbal communicator
- Have a strong understanding and working knowledge of marketing technologies; be experienced with tools such as Content + SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
