We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and tech-minded individual to join our team in Singapore and help manage our growth and business development opportunities in the startup ecosystem across Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities and Duties

The role is to develop SeedLegals APAC market presence and brand across the community of tech founders and investors in the region. You will also work closely with the Marketing team in London and the regional teams in Singapore & Hong Kong.

Product Marketing and Lead Generation:

  • Work closely with our marketing team in London to develop product marketing and lead generation plans, and drive an impactful GTM strategy across the APAC region
  • Produce relevant, creative and exciting marketing materials to feed top of the funnel with qualified startup leads for sales team to convert
  • Research and analyse useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Drive lead acquisition in line with company OKRs
  • Strive for a “one-team” approach with Sales and Data

Events and Ecosystem:

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of virtual/in-person events and webinars
  • Manage events program planning, logistics, vendors, schedules, and coordinate production
  • Help to cultivate and grow a SeedLegals community of users and evangelists, including from cohort startups at incubators and accelerators, and government agencies to secure institutional support
  • Develop and manage event budgets
  • Design and execute event surveys to optimise effectively

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute content strategy
  • Oversee the social media strategy and execution
  • Create, schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels driving engagement and leads
  • Lead in the collection of good news from around the business, producing engaging social announcements


  • Experience within the start-up/scale-up ecosystem in Singapore and/or Hong Kong and excited by the opportunity to interact with startup founders every day
  • Successful experience managing high-growth marketing for an early-stage startup or at an incubator
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Be proactive, creative, fun and hardworking with a positive outlook
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work across sales, data and other functions
  • Comfortable working in an environment where change is a constant
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • A test and learn mentality, you understand results and focus on constant improvement using best practice
  • Strong customer success skills and demonstrated ability to work through difficult conversations to preserve relationships
