We’re looking for exceptional Account Managers to own and manage portfolios of existing customers. This includes ensuring our customers are getting value out of SeedLegals products, and managing them successfully through their startup growth.

Requirements

  • You have a track record of exceeding targets, ideally in a similar B2B sales role
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships over time
  • You have experience in account management or consultative selling, with a focus on long term customer value
  • You enjoy building rapport and nurturing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the lifetime value of your portfolio accounts
  • Own and manage a portfolio of over 100 startups who have raised anything between £100k to £5M
  • Build brilliant relationships with your clients so that you are on the pulse in terms of their strategic plans for the future
  • Identifying key triggers to cross sell various products to your clients based on their specific needs
  • Create a regular and recurring revenue stream from your clients through educating them of the benefits of our product portfolio
