We are looking for a highly motivated individual in Singapore or Hong Kong with excellent communication skills to become the first point of contact with founders across the Asia-Pacific region looking to work with SeedLegals, becoming an expert, offering thought leadership and educating the ecosystem across our entire suite of products. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and execute on sales processes to drive new and existing customers to the platform
  • Take responsibility for managing the customer relationship and end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to a mix of prospecting, outreach and social media and ultimately, getting customers to close quickly and efficiently
  • Develop new and creative ways of improving our processes and outbound prospecting
  • Liaising directly with founders and decision-makers every day from the most innovative startups to identify the perfect fundraising product and strategy for their goals
  • Understanding the nuances of individual customer needs and demonstrating exactly how the SeedLegals platform can support them
  • Building strong relationships with founders and providing excellent user experience, managing them from demo calls, onboarding onto the platform and through to successful completion of their funding round
  • Create a regular and recurring revenue stream from your clients through educating them of the benefits of our product portfolio
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and other ways to help SeedLegals grow
  • Nurturing leads and encouraging prompt and efficient sales closures
  • Working closely with our Marketing team to prospect new leads and deliver exciting, relevant content and events (in-person, webinars, etc.)

Requirements

We are looking for the right candidate to show:

  • You enjoy building rapport and nurturing relationships across a variety of different sales cycles (e.g. from a couple of weeks to six months)
  • You are motivated by rapid growth and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • You can demonstrate a “hunter mentality” with a sense of urgency, and are motivated by the challenge of exceeding targets
  • A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, and excited by the opportunity to interact with startup founders every day
  • You have a track record of meeting targets
  • Sales experience, preferably in the tech ecosystem
  • Impeccable communication and persuasion skills across email, phone, video calls and in-person meetings
  • Strong customer success skills and demonstrated ability to work through difficult conversations and preserve relationships
  • Proven ability to establish and optimise operational processes related to customer account management
  • You have excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • You enjoy learning new things quickly, and will relish the opportunity to become an expert on all SeedLegals products
  • You are proficient at research, and will enjoy discovering new ways to find potential SeedLegals customers
  • You have a background or interest in finance, business or law, looking to build a career in sales
