We are seeking a Transformation Strategy Manager who will be instrumental in enabling Aspire Software to achieve our vision. This position will report to the Chief Product Technology Officer and will work closely with Product, Software Engineering and Client Services leadership.  The Transformation Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving critical strategic initiatives addressing product, process, and organizational alignment and growth.

The ideal candidate must have superior communication, project and change management skills, as well as a passion for enabling processes, people, and technology through innovation and technology. Experience working in an Enterprise SaaS/Software environment is strongly preferred, but not required.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and drive goals for the Product and Software Engineering organizations
  • Collaborate with Product and Services Leaders to determine best practices in people development, process management and product direction
  • Facilitate the creation of consolidated product and organizational vision
  • Drive work streams for M&A projects (both pre- and post-acquisition)
  • Organize key meetings and communications within the Product and Software Engineering organizations

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Enterprise level business strategy/transformation experience
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and negotiation skills. The ability to get things done via influence vs. authority is paramount
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs
  • Self-starter attitude and track record seamlessly executing quickly on complex projects with minimal guidance

Where you’ll work:

Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, however, we’ll be remote until the time is right to return to the office. When that happens, St. Louis-based employees will be moving to a hybrid work model (three days in office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two). Fully remote employees will be able to stay remote.
