What We’re Looking For:

Aspire is excited to announce an opening for an Enterprise Account Executive. Aspire is aggressive in growth and looking for a dynamic individual to sell Aspire’s business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective landscape and commercial cleaning and janitorial customers. This position will play an invaluable role in the company’s overall growth strategy focusing on enterprise clients in a growing market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell Aspire’s product and services to prospective customers within a geographical territory.
  • Focus on helping us continue to build momentum in the commercial cleaning and janitorial space, which is a newer emerging market for Aspire
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in our CRM.
  • Develop, present, and sell the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients.
  • Prospect and penetrate key accounts, meet and develop business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Occasionally, attend an industry-specific tradeshow to generate leads.
  • Travel into territory when needed to close business
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in our CRM.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 6+ years experience developing relationships and closing business with high-quality Enterprise clients
  • Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with experience with top performance and over achievement against quota is preferred
  • Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in emerging markets is highly preferred
  • Passion for the Landscape, Commercial Cleaning or Trades Industry

  • Aspire is headquartered in Chesterfield, MO. Employees for this position can be remote.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $72,000 USD - $103,000 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
