ServiceTitan is looking for a  Benefits Specialist with an emphasis on health & welfare and leave of absence programs. This role has primary responsibility for delivering white-glove benefits customer service to the ServiceTitan team.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, is passionate about people, is highly organized and can multitask and prioritize varied projects. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, rapidly-changing and growing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Day-to day contact for all benefit administration topics.
  • Internally manage leave of absences in conjunction with Third-Party Leave Administrator, including processing requests in Workday, following-up with managers, and maintaining paperwork.
  • Assist Titans with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims and questions.
  • Resolve administrative problems with benefit carrier representatives.
  • Manage payroll deduction updates for employee health and welfare benefits.
  • Monitor and approve new hire benefit enrollments and life events.
  • Manage enrollment in Next-Gen programs (Snoo, Maven, RSF, Wellthy, Northstar, etc).
  • Maintain accurate data across various systems, including, Bswift, HealthEquity, Workday, etc.
  • Ensure legal compliance in administration and distribution of required Titan benefit related notices.
  • Conduct enrollment audits and compliance reviews.
  • Assists with the open enrollment process.
  • Assist with other related programs as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • 2+ years of benefits administration/human resources experience
  • Customer Service background preferred
