We are seeking an experienced, result driven and customer oriented Product Manager to drive growth with our strategic partners. This role will work closely with our big strategic partners to drive leads for our service providers, while modernizing online instant booking experience for our customers and their customers.

This role will work closely across multiple departments, from product, growth, engineering, design to BI, support and success. This role will seek our customers and strategic partners’ input, understand their pain points and translate it into simple intuitive solutions.

This role requires strong leadership skills, understanding of the new product development lifecycle (discovery, requirements, development, go-to-market, adoption), ability to translate requirements into effective user stories, and understanding of complex technical functionality. The Product Manager will champion best product development practices to deliver phenomenal value and data driven delightful experiences to our service providers.

What you’ll do:

  • Deeply understand our users (both  service providers and consumers), their problems, where they find value, and where we have opportunities to improve
  • Keep enhancing our Partners APIs and leveraging new advanced functionalities as they become available
  • Work with Strategic Partners to understand their goals and lead integrations between our platforms and APIs
  • Translate complex requirements into effective user stories. Define epics and user stories for quarterly/annual roadmap planning, and align initiatives with appropriate stakeholders to meet business goals
  • Launch new products and features with a detailed and iterative approach
  • Independently execute across all areas of the product life cycle (research, concept, development, running betas, go-to-market, adoption, innovation)
  • Work cross-functionally  with our designers, engineers, product marketing, growth and support teams to perform UX research, design exploration, usability testing, build POCs and launch commercially available products
  • Demo new features to prospects and customers, organize internal and external feedback and manage beta releases
  • Work with a full stack development team, write requirements and effective user stories
  • Define business KPIs and customer outcomes to measure success. Be comfortable to communicate results to larger groups

What you’ll bring:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a product management role
  • Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
  • Fluency in data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Intelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team player
  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
