Ready to be a Titan?

The ServicePro FD Owner is responsible for the Form Design product in ServSuite, both in product functionality and the production of final product for our customers. They are responsible for the entirety of the product and its touch-points across all departments: engineering, qa, transitions, sales, support, success etc.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinating / Scheduling the FD Team to ensure the successful production and completion of high quality forms
  • Manage Testing Schedules, handling Time-off and leave requests
  • Designing and producing precise and professional forms that meet our customers needs.
  • Coordinating with the Dev & QA Teams for urgent issues related to Form Design
  • Lead Daily Scrum Meetings – daily review of ticket load, important items, upcoming SLA breaches
  • Assign new incoming tickets
  • Review and handle Lev2 FD tickets. Reviewing, confirming, and escalating as needed.
  • Assist FD Techs with Tickets
  • Weekly 1:1 ticket review time per tech

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years project management experience preferred
  • Familiarity of ServSuite Core functionality and Old / New Form Design modules
  • Team coordination – FD team coordinator leads the activities of their entire FD team,
  • So effective leadership, scheduling, and management skills are also vital in this role
  • Process enhancement – effective FD Product owner should always seek out ways to
  • Improve processes, so familiarity with process and efficiency enhancement is helpful in
  • This role
  • Organization skills – this role requires a high degree of organization to successfully
  • Schedule and delivery forms to customers on schedule. Ability to multitask between tickets, metrics & questions
  • Communication skills – effective verbal and written communication is also important in this role as FD Product owner provides reports to internal teams and customers alike, to improve our software and final product
  • Ability to work under direct pressure
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
