ServiceTitan’s Channel Manager, Paid Search is a highly-visible, self-starter to ensure the efficient and predictable growth of the ServiceTitan business. S/he will serve as an internal resource and trusted advisor to identify and launch key initiatives that will drive success for the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate has strong core skills in paid search acquisition strategy, collaboration, communication, and data analysis to consistently achieve lead targets. The ideal candidate has strong core skills in paid search acquisition strategy, collaboration, communication, and data analysis to consistently achieve lead targets. What you’ll do:

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Microsoft Advertising, Software Advice, Capterra, & Quora with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Own campaign planning, implementation, budget management, bidding, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
  • Conduct rigorous experiments and a/b tests to improve effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Partner closely with web team to achieve high performing conversion rate of search landing pages.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and keyword expansions based on market landscape.
  • Partner with marketing operations to manage overall tracking strategy, implementation, and reporting.
  • Leverage CRM data to fine-tune and optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with channel managers to achieve an integrated paid search strategy.
  • Evaluate emerging betas and industry innovations and implement where necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels and the competitive landscape.
  • Use Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to improve paid search performance.
  • Effectively test, track, and report on paid search tactics with a plan for optimization and a strong understanding of KPIs.
  • Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, working with partners like Google to uncover opportunities to improve performance and grow the business.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years directly managing and executing paid search
  • Strong knowledge of B2B paid search marketing tactics
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills in order to compare data and evaluate tactics to maximize results while sharing learnings with the broader team
  • Deep understanding of paid conversion rate funnel, including best in class B2B landing page tactics
  • Mastery of digital platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Quora, etc.
  • Strong grasp of reporting and competitive tools: SEMRush, SpyFu,
  • Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, LiveRamp
