The Sr. Associate of Growth Assessments is an integral role contributing to the overall success of the Growth team at ServiceTitan. In this role, you will help drive highly visible strategic assessments -- both internal and external initiatives (e.g. evaluating new markets, products, etc.), in collaboration with cross-functional partners. This individual has a well-rounded background -- including analytic rigor and strategic thinking -- drawing key elements from roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy/development, and strategic finance.What you’ll do:

Drive the development of new assessments and business cases across a variety of initiatives

  • Lead complex financial analyses/models, competitive assessments, primary and secondary research activities, customer validation efforts, and more
  • Develop strategic frameworks and methodologies to drive critical business decisions and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization
  • Present to senior leaders and stakeholders by preparing presentations that articulate the team’s key takeaways and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, New Markets, Finance, etc. in support of all strategic initiatives

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/development, business operations or similar role
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. market sizing, customer segmentation, what-if scenarios, market research, etc.)
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
  • Bonus Points: Experience in B2B technology market environments and/or exposure to software/SaaS businesses
