ServiceTitan’s Sales team plays a critical role in showing potential customers the value our software can deliver to their respective business. This is not a one-person feat - it takes an extraordinary team with our Sales Engineering team being a vital component.

We are looking to bring on a talented Enterprise Sales Engineer (SE) who can help ServiceTitan acquire new enterprise customers by utilizing a harmonic blend of sales skills, technical software expertise, and deep understanding of our customers’ business processes.

Candidates who will be successful in this role must be able to distill complex information and concepts into simple to understand and practical business context for the prospect in both an empathetic and articulate manner. With strong presentation skills, this person must also be able to communicate effectively, written and verbally, to clearly articulate best solutions for our prospects to bring them onboard with ServiceTitan.

This opportunity is open to remote hires.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support sales efforts for complex purchasing cycles with enterprise accounts by leading technical product demonstrations to C-Suite executives during client-facing meetings and calls
  • Educate customers on the product and help close business by marrying technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry knowledge with sales acumen
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value in ServiceTitan’s product to prospects while addressing comparisons to competitors and potential customer objections
  • Create and present creative solutions to complex workflows based upon deep understanding of prospect’s business processes and workflows
  • Understand the company’s Product Roadmap and speak eloquently about upcoming releases and impact to the business owner
  • Enhance and maintain industry-specific demo environments and scripts for use by internal teams
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Represent the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering role
  • A proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization
  • Technical savviness to creatively solution for complex business workflows
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with a diverse group of people including C-Suite executives
  • Sense of curiosity to continuously learn and be able to apply these learnings into your day to day
  • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues
  • Familiarity with Accounting concepts + API’s / Integrations concepts a plus

Ability to travel up to 50% of the year (ServiceTitan is following best travel practices as shared by the CDC therefore travel at the moment is limited to less than 10%)
