The Technical Solutions Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Support and works in a fast-paced environment to provide solutions to client Layout challenges. The role will be creating client Layouts and ensuring that the organization is consistently exceeding client’s expectations and anticipating future needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and maintain custom report layouts in Aspire's Web Report Designer, including invoices, proposals, work tickets, and statements
  • Create calculated fields to support dynamic content such as logos, conditional formatting, and custom data
  • Troubleshoot layout issues reported by clients, coordinating with QA and Dev as needed
  • Guide clients and internal staff on layout design best practices and data field usage
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages learning, growth, and mutual support among team members.
  • Maintain clear and honest communication with management and team members, addressing issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

What You’ll Need:

  • Technical Expertise: At least 4+ years of experience and a strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and 1+ years of experience in a Technical Support Role.
  • Must be technically proficient, adaptable, and able to continuously learn new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Experience with Aspire or FieldRoutes, and familiarity with Dev Express and C# are highly desirable. SQL is a bonus.
