We are looking for a Director of Pro Products to join the Shopmonkey team as our rapid growth continues! This is an incredible opportunity to join a vertical SaaS rocketship, and be highly influential in guiding its continued growth. You will cast your vision and run your playbook, while working with an amazing team of “Humble, Hungry and Smart” individuals. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of your colleagues and our customers.

As the Director of Pro Products, you will:

  • Develop the vision and delivery of all Pro Products, features and services into the market
  • Execute on all Pro Product Initiatives -- from building, launching, and optimizing -- by partnering with external partners and internal stakeholder groups
  • Identify Pro Product opportunities, and evaluate build/buy/partner decisions in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams
  • Build, grow and mentor a team of Humble, Hungry and Smart individuals
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue teams to bring new products and services to market

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 10+  years of technology related experience in technology strategy consulting, product strategy, or other similar roles managing high-performing teams to evaluate, develop and launch large-scale product offerings
  • Able to build detailed business cases with robust financial modeling, product/fit assessment, partner analysis of alternatives, and overall rationale to build new products to help our customers
  • Experience working within B2B technology market environments with exposure to Software or SaaS businesses
  • Results-driven leader with strong bias towards action and running efficient teams in a high growth environment
  • Data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making
