Come join our Demand Generation Marketing Team as a CRM Marketing Manager. This role reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and is expected to have a high level of comfort operating autonomously to own programs to completion, exhibiting excellent strategic, analytical, and collaborative skills to drive results.

You have the Opportunity To:

  • Develop a deep understanding of products, customer needs, and customer journey
  • Define customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies
  • Support and own our day to day CRM Operations by helping to implement new marketing automation campaigns, building customer segments, monitoring performance, and running batch and blast campaigns
  • Work closely with Paid Marketing to create digital brand awareness and demand gen programs at the top of the funnel to get the most effective message to target customers
  • Partner with the Sales team to construct and optimize a lead scoring model to automate workflows and meet pipeline development goals, reducing Sales’ cycle time to close.
  • Select and implement marketing automation tools to improve lead routing workflows
  • Identify new lifecycle touchpoints to deliver value and drive engagement and retention for acquired customers
  • Develop an iterative test plan to continuously optimize the customer journey
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analytics to ensure alignment with KPIs
  • Write concise, strategic briefs that clearly outline segmentation, creative, messaging, and testing approaches for Creative Marketing and Marketing Operations to execute
  • Forecast, analyze, and report on the impact of demand gen, acquisition, and engagement campaigns

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in direct marketing/CRM, with at least 3 years of demand gen, in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices for sales funnel development through email marketing, lead scoring, routing, and nurture, and proving ROI through marketing attribution
  • Demonstrated ability to drive quality MQLs with integrated digital demand generation campaigns
  • Proven track record building campaign strategies aligned to demand gen, acquisition, and engagement
  • Experience with various CRM channels: Email, push, SMS, onsite/in-app notifications
  • Takes initiative, can work independently and actively to resolve issues, and takes ownership of projects and process
  • Acute attention to detail and solid project management skills
  • Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias towards action against goals, on-time delivery, and operational excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and inspire confidence
  • Solid communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate both upwardly and cross-functionally
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
