Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) en comptabilité pour rejoindre notre équipe Finance et participer aux opérations comptables quotidiennes de l'ensemble du groupe. Ce poste généraliste est idéal pour quelqu'un souhaitant acquérir une vision complète de la comptabilité dans un environnement multi-entités et dynamique.

Tu seras rattaché(e) au Head of Finance et/ou au Senior Accountant, qui t'accompagneront au quotidien dans ta montée en compétences.

Missions principales

1. Comptabilité générale

• Saisie et lettrage des écritures comptables courantes

• Traitement des factures fournisseurs, suivi des règlements

• Gestion de la comptabilité clients : facturation, encaissements, suivi des créances

• Participation à la facturation intercompany entre les entités du groupe

2. Clôtures & Reporting

• Participation aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles

• Préparation des réconciliations et justifications de comptes de bilan et P&L

• Aide à la préparation des déclarations fiscales et réglementaires

3. Notes de frais

• Traitement et contrôle des notes de frais des collaborateurs dans le respect de la politique interne

• Vérification de la bonne imputation comptable et analytique

• Relance des justificatifs manquants ou non conformes

4. Trésorerie & Cash

• Réalisation des rapprochements bancaires sur l'ensemble des entités et devises

• Suivi des positions de cash et signalement des écarts

• Contribution au reporting de trésorerie

5. Contrôle interne & Conformité

• Veiller à la bonne application des normes comptables et des politiques groupe

• Préparer les documents nécessaires aux audits internes et externes

• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et des contrôles internes

Profil recherché

Requis

• Formation en cours : Bac+2 à Bac+5 en comptabilité, finance ou gestion (BTS CG, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA)

• Connaissance du Plan Comptable Général (PCG) et des principes de la comptabilité générale

• Maîtrise d'Excel / Google Sheets

• Rigueur, sens du détail et bonne organisation

• Anglais professionnel obligatoire (langue de travail avec les entités internationales)

Appréciés

• Une première expérience en comptabilité (stage ou alternance précédente)

• Connaissance d'un ERP ou logiciel comptable (NetSuite, Pennylane, Xero, etc.)

• Appétence pour les environnements multi-devises et multi-entités

• Notions de TVA et de fiscalité
