  • We’re looking for someone for our Paris team, based out of either Paris or #remote.

Your Mission

  • Help our commercial teams (Sales and Customer Success teams EMEA) to reach excellence by equipping them with content, training and coaching regarding the Finance Industry (processes, tools, problematics of finance teams)
  • Identify needs for training and materials (data analysis, but also call listening and qualitative feedback from reps and managers)
  • Build and deliver high quality trainings and content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your actions and improve if needed
  • Coach commercials on the field, be involved in some deals

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in finance teams, in medium size companies
  • You have a very strong knowledge of finance teams’ missions, tools, processes, and best practices. You are able to bring some value when talking to CFOs.
  • Fluent in English and French, you will have to train and coach in both languages.
  • You’re passionate about developing people and help them grow
  • You’re a good communicator and able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic problem solver: you look beyond the immediate task to understand the business issue, what the organisation is trying to solve for and apply the right solution
  • You’re business driven and focused on impact on revenue and efficiency (win rates)-
