As part of the FP&A team, your mission will be to master our KPIs tracking and empower decisions makers. You will notably (i) participate in the delivery of various reports, analyses and action plans to the main stakeholders of the company (board, executive and leadership teams) and (ii) contribute to the Budget, Business Plan and Re-forecast processes.

Key responsibilities

Own the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to all stakeholders (board, leadership team, country managers):

  • Delivering KPIs reports and insightful analysis for decision-making at XFL and executive level
  • Running monthly P&L closing; identifying significant gaps with budget; suggesting action plans; producing report for the stakeholders
  • Sync with the rest of the team to ensure the reporting structure is aligned with your needs
  • Ensure the financial knowledge is properly spread across the team

Budget and re-forecast process:

  • Building budgets (annual budget and re-forecasts) in collaboration with all managers across the company and being accountable on the quality of the budget
  • Owning the Revenue planning process in collaboration with the revops team
  • Reviewing of the actual organisation to set clear global process on budgeting
  • Sync with the rest of the team to ensure the planning structure is aligned with your needs
  • Driving discussion with FinOps team to ensure the accuracy of the data

Run punctual analyses to both improve our forecast assumptions and explore new areas:

  • Ad hoc analyses to drive decision making through financial modelling and new areas
  • Sync with the rest of the team to implement some of these ad hoc analyses through our financial stack

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in written and spoken English - it is our business language
  • Masters Degree from a Business or Engineering School
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in the Saas / Technology industry, with experience in a data oriented function in a Finance team
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes
  • Excellent communication skills: you are able to explain your models clearly to both analysts and decision makers
  • Pragmatic approach to problem: you can design intermediate solutions in an agile environment
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and are willing to train others, share and learn more everyday
  • High level of energy, positivism and hard working capabilities
