Squarespace is looking for a Media Strategist to support our Creator team with a focus on YouTube influencers. You will have a results-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization, backed up by analytical acumen and a focus on achieving metrics goals. You will promote program strategy, planning/forecasting, measurement, and testing. You are someone who is detail oriented and passionate about the ever-evolving creator marketplace. Our Media & Acquisition team sets itself apart by being both rigorous and experimental, and we are looking for team members who can maintain that balance.

This role is based in our headquarters in New York and reports to the Media & Acquisition Manager.

You’ll Get To…

  • Help plan, pacing, reporting and campaign management of large-scale media campaigns
  • Negotiate rates and cultivate long-term relationships with creators
  • Work with our Analytics, Creative, Social and Finance teams to investigate performance, develop creative approaches, and report on monthly metrics
  • Track spend and performance to report on effectiveness of media buys
  • Lead development of performance reports inclusive of data-driven insights to guide channel optimization strategies
  • Build strategies for growing the owned YouTube Channel domestically and globally

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience
  • Exposure to a data-driven marketing organization
  • Very comfortable working in Excel and building reports
  • Experience working with creators is a plus
  • Structured thinking and communication
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and refine processes
  • Ability to use data to tell the story of program performance to stakeholders
