Starburst Data is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering strategic projects that contribute to the success of Starburst Data and its clients. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, technical acumen, and effective communication abilities.

As a Senior Project Manager at Starburst you will:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to drive project success.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to the leadership team.

• Establish clear lines of communication within the project team and with key stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and escalate issues as needed.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with Starburst Data's commitment to excellence.

• Interface with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the project management function.

Some of the things we look for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, preferably in data analytics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
