What we’re looking for

Stytch is the platform for user authentication. We make it simple for developers to build complex, passwordless authentication flows in minutes. As our first technical sourcer, you’ll use novel sourcing techniques to help build a world-class engineering team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools such as Gem, TopFunnel, etc.
  • Ability to identify pipeline bottlenecks by leveraging ATS data from Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts
  • Desire to get (more) technical and learn more about Stytch’s APIs
  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity

You Might

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify effective new recruiting channels
  • Coach hiring managers on sourcing best practices
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience for those in process
  • Optimize existing recruiting strategies through data collection and analysis
