Swile (swile.co) is a French start-up created in 2017 by French serial entrepreneur Loïc Soubeyrand : Swile offers digital solutions for employee rewards and benefits (meal/food vouchers and corporate gifts) through a card and an app that also helps foster engagement. We disrupted the traditional and outdated French paper meal voucher market and were able to gain significant traction. After mastering meal vouchers, Swile is now tackling new rewards and benefits (meal vouchers, corporate gifts, transportation and commuter benefits, vacation allowances and more) that will be stored and managed via a single account, card and app. Our ambition is to enable employers to also improve their employees’ engagement and experience by recognising key moments and milestones of their lives at work. As such, celebrations (birthdays and work anniversaries), money pots, team events, P2P payments among coworkers are brought together in a single app. As of today, we have raised €11 million (Series A) in 2018,  €30 million (Series B) in 2019 and more recently, we completed a third round of fundraising (series C) of €70 million, spearheaded by Index Ventures. After an in-depth study of the growth potential for Swile across global markets, the company is poised to expand into the Brazilian market this year as Brazil is the world’s largest employee benefits market and more generally the perfect place to develop our new HR features namely our “Engagement” offer.

Be the first “People Experience” person in Sao Paulo to build up solid foundations, and prepare fast scale in Brazil. Become a strategic and trusted advisor to Swilers and managers on all things people related, including onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, employee relations and investigations, performance, career development, compensation, offboarding... with central team support.

Your mission

  • Adapt global People programs (360 feedback, people development, care, D&I...) to our local office in Sao Paulo with a unique objective to create and maintain an employee experience based on trust and transparency
  • Define an immersive onboarding program for our new Swilers joining the team in Sao Paulo.Follow-up and coach Swilers at key stages of their journey (feedback, reviews, mobility etc)
  • Facilitate HR admin operations (payroll, contracts...) with the support of our local external partner
  • Support and develop management team on all HR topics (mgmt best practices, mobility, entry and exit, career development, training etc.)
  • Offboard Swilers and ensure they have a unique experience until their very last minutes with us.
  • Contribute to create bridges between Brazil and France #oneteam
  • Benchmark best practices with your external peers and push for innovative ways to engage people
  • Build the local People Experience team accordingly
  • Our ideal candidate will be...
  • Passionate to build / disrupt people programs (growth framework, D&I, engagement...) to coach employees and partner with managers.
  • Knowledge about local legislation is a plus. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, notions in French are a nice-to-have.
