Within Business Ops Team we are looking for a Care Ops Specialist to be in charged of providing the best processes & tools to our Customer Service teams to help them being more efficient.

Your day to day :

  • Create, optimize and implementation of new processes
  • Responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration of our Customer Care tools including ZenDesk and add ons
  • Leading the ongoing development of Zendesk making the architecture scalable within our high-growth context
  • Managing all tool data feeds and other integrations
  • Handling all administrative functions including general implementation of new tools, user licence monitoring, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks related to our tool set

Your missions :

  • Creates and optimizes Customer Services processes and ensures tools are setup accordingly.
  • Implements Customer Service dedicated tools, such as Omni-channel management or SVIs services.
  • Ensures data is accurate and correctly shared between tools.
  • Makes the good architectural choices when setting up new features.
