It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

With more than 300 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 40 nationalities and 43% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves in cultivating a studio environment that stays away from crunch, that fosters your skills no matter what your discipline is, and one that gives you a place to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.

🚀 Your role & impact:

We are currently growing our Analytics team and are in the search for the Lead Game Analyst for our next big project, which is currently in production. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the foundation of our data infrastructure for the new game is solid and consistent (from as early on as possible), as well as contribute to a broader vision for our game analytics as a whole. So if you have prior experience in scaling-up games analytics, along with a big interest in understanding how games work and what makes them successful, then you might just be our missing piece! 🧩 This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office, as we truly believe that when talented people work closely together, amazing things happen! We therefore offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.

Okay, let’s get a little bit more specific.

Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day as Lead Game Analyst:

  • Uncovering insights, establishing frameworks and preparing strategies for our new game, based on complex data sets
  • Together with our Head of Analytics you will contribute to us gearing up our competence for detailed game analytics and operational reporting by helping shape our data stack and data platform
  • You will be collaborating closely with the rest of the new game team to establish, measure and track key metrics for success
  • Communicating key insights and findings to cross-functional teams
  • Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of project KPIs
  • Stay on top of the current industry trends and best practices, applying them where appropriate to enhance product insights capabilities

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in the gaming industry
  • You have a proven track record of working in a senior capacity on data-driven product teams in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
  • You have a strong background in Data Analytics with high proficiency in SQL, Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience with large data sets and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to see beyond the numbers in order to guide and influence product decisions

You'll make us extra excited if you also have:

  • Experience with casual mobile games and a strong understanding of today’s casual mobile games market
  • Previous experience of working on a game of a similar scale to Lily’s Garden
