About the role Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences that connect people with brands? As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing and sales teams by executing impactful events and campaigns. You’ll assist in organizing industry conferences, hosted dinners, and other creative marketing initiatives designed to engage our target accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) while contributing to the success of our sales team. What You'll Do Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and logistics for events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and hosted dinners.
  • Coordinate event materials such as signage, presentations, and swag.
  • Manage registrations, travel arrangements, and post-event follow-ups.
Account-Based Marketing Support:
  • Help execute targeted digital ad campaigns for specific accounts within assigned territories.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the team.
  • Maintain and update account lists in marketing systems.
Sales Collaboration:
  • Support BDRs and AEs with event preparation, including scheduling and attendee outreach.
  • Provide follow-up materials to sales teams to aid prospect engagement.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns and events, ensuring data accuracy in marketing tools.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics, including leads generated and ROI.
Ideal, But Not Required
  • familiarity with HubSpot
Required Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or sales support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about ABM and field marketing strategies.
