Role:

As a Finance Manager at Taxfix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting various financial projects. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will contribute to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making of the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory and regulatory filings.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of financial systems and processes.
• Support the Senior Director of Finance in various finance-related tasks and projects.
  

Your profile:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred but not required.
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
