About the Role

We’re looking for a true startup Operations person. Good onboarding is what makes our merchants set up for success. From the first meeting, the go-live to working and growing together - this person will own the onboarding process and make it all happen. This role is for someone who likes working with the product, becoming an expert in it and teaching others.

Your day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on ops, project management, customer communication and problem solving. We are reshaping the future of hospitality tech, and this role is at the forefront of it.

What You’ll Do

Our Operations happen on a restaurant floor, in a lively neighbourhood, at a busy bar - we operate in the city:

  • Run restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement together with the restaurant team

  • Problem-solve for our merchants on the ground while running live operations

  • Support restaurants for the first month after the go live

  • Find opportunities for improvement in our process, materials and systems

  • Identify product and process gaps and bring it to internal central teams such as product, engineering and central operations

What You’ll Need

  • You are a creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with hospitality businesses

  • You are empathetic towards our merchants and curious about their business

  • You can juggle multiple things at once and bring structure

  • Curious about the product, want to be an expert in Tebi system and can apply your knowledge

  • Good communication - you are great at proactive contact and managing expectations

  • Being comfortable with high-pace environments: both the hospitality flow and the startup day-to-day

  • Flexibility in working hours to fit our merchants’ needs

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, early startup operations, fast-paced account management or customer operations

  • You are comfortable working in both English and Dutch
