About the role:
We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter to help us find and hire the best engineers, product managers, and designers to build Tebi. You’ll be at the forefront of our hiring efforts—sourcing candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and making sure every touchpoint feels personal and thoughtful.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and our founding team to deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re looking for. This role is all about quality over quantity: finding those rare candidates who bring exceptional technical skills, alignment with our values, and a desire to build something meaningful.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and creative search strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft effective sourcing plans
- Own the top of the funnel—ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open roles
- Nurture candidates through the early stages of the process, giving them a warm and responsive experience
- Track pipeline health and share insights with the team to continuously improve our hiring strategy
- Stay on top of market trends, communities, and tools to keep us ahead in a competitive hiring landscape
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of sourcing high-quality candidates at a scaling tech company
- A sourcing mindset—you enjoy the hunt, know how to find people off the beaten path, and don’t rely on job boards
- Excellent communication and people skills—you build trust quickly and leave candidates with a great impression
- Strong organizational skills—you can manage pipelines, follow-ups, and outreach without missing a beat
- Passion for startups and the early-stage journey—you're excited by the challenge of helping a team scale intentionally

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
