Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep automotive domain expertise that includes the challenges dealership business faces in order to define value created by Tekion that can be measured and correlated to dealership profitability and business efficiency
  • Hands on individual who can work closely with multiple executive stakeholders including Solutions, Professional Services (Implementation and Enablement), Partner Success, and Product teams
  • Maintain and define processes across the organization related to Product lifecycle from Product inception, Go-To-market, and Marketing/Sales for our multiple Cloud products for Dealerships (Automotive Retail Cloud), OEMs and Enterprises (Automotive Enterprise Cloud) and Partners/Integrations (Automotive Partner Cloud)
  • Support global product solutions positioning including United States, Canada, France, and United Kingdom markets, with adaption of position and language for each market
  • Data-focused individual who can refine key value metrics dealerships measure together with products capabilities that influence business value.
  • Collaborate with teams (Solutions, Professional Services, Partner Success, Marketing) to define processes to operationalize collection of metrics and business value
  • Collect detailed data and metrics about Tekion’s business value in partnership with Partner Success teams, direct engagement with Customers, and collaboration with marketing to measure true business impact of our platform and leverage that for Product Solutions Marketing material
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to understand customer pain points and problem statements and create competitive landscape material
  • Hands-on development of internal content that positions our products accurately to solve Dealerships business challenges including Battle Cards and Go-to-Market product positioning
  • Strong partnership with Product teams to understand the entire Tekion product suite and how it connects to dealerships business operational opportunities and value
  • Research competitive products online to understand their KPIs, business value levers, and how our products sit compared to competitive landscape
  • Strong product discovery ability internally across teams including Product teams in order to ask the right questions to understand how the products add business value, and develop clear understanding of the product features that support Tekion’s business value and product impact
  • Collaborate with Product to identify Product tier offerings for features based on business value differentiators, competitive landscape, and positioning to market to present to Pricing working group and Pricing bundling team.
  • Collaborate with Product Go-To-Market teams to refine messaging based on early Product feedback from customers and adapt our Platform Solution story and message based on metrics and success factors
  • Receive continual feedback from Solutions teams and Partner Success field teams to understand reception to market in order to continue tuning messaging to the market
  • Hands-on development of material including: PowerPoint presentations for platform value, Product-line specific benefits and values against products (Retail, CRM, Service, Parts, Accounting), and External content to name a few

Skills and Experience

  • Deep product solutions knowledge and experience in at least one area – Retail or Fixed operations
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations – understand how dealerships operate, key metrics at a dealership by department, and what drives revenue and expenses at a Dealership
  • You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills with senior leaders across multiple functions
  • Ability to learn quickly to understand Tekion’s product suite and refine our product marketing messaging and material to support Solutions and Partner Success organizations
  • Strong presentation skills to share Go-To-Market approach
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
  • Driven by working within a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $254,000 The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this positionacross applicable US locations.This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
