Job Description

An Account Solutions Specialist is a sales engineer type role that supports the Sales Team as the technical subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will possess strong working relationships with internal teams and clients to deliver an exceptional software experience. The position requires the ability to understand the technical complexity of a fully integrated DMS (Dealer Management System) and a keen sense of solving the client’s problems as they evaluate a new cloud-developed tool. This take-charge technical position will harness a deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to meet client and sales representative expectations with resolute and commitment! As a critical member of our Sales Team, you will play a key role in helping to shape the future of growing our brand and image in the industry. This position will report to the Manager, Account Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth product demonstrations of products/services
  • Presenting the product and all features to customers at events such as conferences and seminars
  • Overcoming audience objections and points of pain with viable Tekion solutions
  • Providing advanced training, statistics, and support to the sales team
  • Communicating customer requirements to product management teams
  • Non-Quota carrying position

Skills and Experience

  • Saturation of experience with multiple DMS platforms.
  • Proven experience presenting to dealers and various other industry partners
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in DMS software development and web technologies
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry required
  • Highly achievement oriented and capable of operating at a fast pace environment
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities

The salary range for this position is $88,560 - $149,700. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this positionacross applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
