About Us

At tiney, we’re on a mission to unlock the potential of every child by revolutionising early years education.

We believe all children deserve access to high-quality, nurturing, play-based learning — and that the best way to make this happen is by empowering a new generation of brilliant childminders. We use technology, community, and creativity to build a network of early educators who are not only trained and supported by us but backed by a system that’s designed to help them (and the children they care for) truly thrive.

Our team is small but mighty, united by a shared purpose and a strong set of values:

🎈 Play is a superpower – Curiosity, joy, and creativity are essential ingredients for innovation and growth.

🌱 Rest is rocket fuel – To build great things, we need to look after ourselves and each other.

🤝 Asking for help shows wisdom, not weakness – We champion vulnerability and openness.

💪 We grow stronger after a fall - We know mistakes happen, we learn from them.

🥰 Every day we can earn trust - With trust as our North Star, we’ll build a company that will last.

🙋 Curious minds see more - We encourage inquisitiveness and curiosity.

👶 People policies with children at the core – We support the whole person, not just the job title.

💬 Default to transparency – We build trust through openness and honest communication.

Our plans are ambitious, we have over 1000 childminders and our 2026 plans are to double this! We're looking for someone who's energised by people and solving problems. To reach our goal, we need to provide a world class experience for everyone who gets in touch with Tiney and this is where you come in.

This role will sit in our Advisor Team and your mission will be to attract the best childminders for Tiney. You'll be the first person anyone speaks to - that's pretty cool and also a big responsibility.

You will need to be organised, work with urgency and really care about what you do, as you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of customers, up until the stage they start training as a Childminder.

🚀 You should apply if:

  • You're competitive, you love working towards targets and exceeding them, you’re resilient when things are not going your way and you make it your mission to get to the top next time.

  • You are a great listener, know how to make a point, and always are ready with the right questions to keep the conversation flowing.

  • You thrive in fast paced, ambiguous and tech first environments.

  • You’re a team player, as well as working hard to hit your individual target, you appreciate the business need to hit the overall growth team targets.

  • You're super organised, live by your calendar, and know how to develop processes to make sure you never miss a beat!

  • You know that feedback is a gift, and constantly look for ways to improve your work and grow as a person.

✨ This role would be great if you...

  • Have experience in childcare or childminding (either as a parent, practitioner, or both)

  • Have a feel for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and why high-quality early education matters

  • Love a conversation and feel comfortable talking to people who are weighing up a big life decision

  • Have 1-2 years experience working in a sales/customer facing team or an office environment.

Please note that this role requires high quality references and a clear DBS check.

✨ Logistics

  • This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave

  • 👨‍💻 UK based, hybrid work: ideally you’d work 2 days a week in our London office most weeks, working from home the rest of the time.

  • Start date in August

  • Part-time role 32 hours a week

💰 Compensation

  • £30,000 + Bonus Scheme ( pro rata)

😍 Benefits:

  • At home workstation set up

  • 28 days paid leave ( including 4 days during our Christmas period closedown)

  • Life and Long term sickness insurance

  • Up to £5k of free childcare for working parents

  • A paid reflection day after your first month

  • A paid day off for your birthday

  • Access to one to one therapy sessions through The Self Space

Please note, these will keep evolving as we continue to grow!

🗣 Interview process

  1. Initial interview video call with a member of the Tiney team (20 minutes)

  2. A take home task to assess written skills

  3. Role Specific interview with our Sales Manager; Blendina (45 mins)

  4. General interview around values, ways of working and your learning aspirations - with our COO, Viktoria (30 minutes)
