🎯 Your Role:

As Partnerships & Expansion Manager (d/f/m), you will play a pivotal role in our expansion into the Netherlands, driving the development of our market strategy and partnerships. In this position, you’ll oversee the launch of our new market from the ground up, ensuring our product, strategy, and partner relationships align with Dutch market demands.
You will report directly to Leo, our VP of Partnerships, and work closely with the Commercial and Product Teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Research and identify strategic partners crucial for our growth strategy in the Netherlands.
  • Relationship Building: Through active networking and personal communication, establish strong, sustainable relationships with potential partners, understand their goals, and support the development of shared visions.
  • Negotiation: Lead successful negotiations on partnership agreements, ensuring clear and fair terms.
  • Partnership Development: Strengthen and continuously develop existing partnerships to drive mutual growth.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with our Commercial Team to support new partner onboarding, as project management and coordination contact to ensure efficient market entry.
  • Product Development: Work with various departments, like Product and Design, to ensure our product aligns with the Dutch market requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Business Development or Partner Acquisition: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, familiar with building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing or coordinating complex projects.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, confidently negotiate, and find suitable solutions in challenging situations.
  • Hands-on Mentality and Initiative: Not afraid to take responsibility, with a proactive work approach to drive our expansion in the Netherlands.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Thinking: A solid understanding of market needs and a strategic sense of how to position our company in a new market.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch: Able to communicate confidently in both languages to meet all market requirements effectively.
