Transcend believes everyone should be in control of their personal information. We’re pioneering Data Privacy Infrastructure—a powerful technology that lets individuals reclaim control of their data and ensures companies can easily comply with global data privacy laws.

Our platform enables companies like Robinhood, Patreon, and Indiegogo to provide customers with control over their information. We allow these customers to request, identify, and delete their personal information from a growing suite of integrated companies: from Salesforce to Slack, Facebook, Zendesk, Intercom, and beyond.

As the Senior Product Designer at Transcend, you’ll join a diverse team and work closely with our engineering and marketing teams in a fully remote company.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic owner of design across our product and marketing touch points, ensuring both consistency and continued evolution of our brand and design guidelines
  • Presenting to other departments your design work to keep them informed on what changes are coming
  • Provide design feedback to external agencies, freelancers, and partners to ensure adherence to Transcend brand guidelines
  • Own design concepting and development for a variety of marketing surfaces, including sales collateral, decks, email marketing, digital ad design, blog and social imagery, and more
  • Giving and receiving design feedback from other designers and team members
  • Source and manage additional design resources as required

Who You Are

  • Have familiarity designing for business or developer focused products
  • A degree in graphic design, human centered design, or equivalent experience designing and shipping interfaces in the wild. Degrees in other disciplines are also wonderful to see
  • Demonstrated familiarity with basic graphic design concepts such as typography, color theory,  consistency of layout, alignment, simplicity, and accessibility
  • Experience designing for the gamut of marketing mediums/channels, including digital and physical
  • Can take an unfamiliar legal or technical problem, learn it, and be able to artfully solve that problem for someone who doesn’t have a legal or technical background with an interface
  • Inquisitive, not afraid to ask questions when you don’t understand something that was said
  • Excellent at prioritizing the most important work
  • Independently driven to own your project and drive for its success
  • Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment
  • Expertise in Figma, Powerpoint/Keynote, and Adobe apps including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with creating interactive prototypes
  • Experience creating illustrations that communicate abstract concepts in an an image
  • Have worked within, maintained or created a design system
  • Created or extended brand guidelines

Bonus Points

  • Motion design or 3D design
  • Experience with CSS and HTML
  • Usability testing & UX research experience
  • Print & packaging design
  • Experience working in any legal field
