Transcend is looking for a Manager for our Senior Sales Development Representative team. In this role, you’ll lead our Sales Development team in our fast-growing Sales organization. You will be a primary leader for expanding our business and sharing the value of what we provide. You will manage a talented team and help guide our growth.

As the manager of the Sales Development team, you will have an opportunity to shape the team, create the playbooks and design scalable business processes at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. You’ll work cross-functionally with our world-class Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to propel Transcend through the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, train and develop members of the Sales Development Team, including sharing and shaping best practices of sales development and how to identify, contact, and create qualified business opportunities
  • Enable and empower team members to deliver top performance, continuously strengthening abilities and output over time
  • Focus on effective team coaching
  • Lead hiring plans and onboarding of new sales development team members
  • Work closely across the Sales team to improve processes and drive new strategies
  • Partner closely with the Go-To-Market team on effective messaging and demand generation strategies
  • Establish and manage sales development project scopes, required resources and timelines
  • Set and manage team-wide goals and KPIs

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in sales as both a Sales Development Representative and a closer, ideally with a SaaS product
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering monthly quotas as an individual contributor
  • Ability to learn technical products and teach how to effectively communicate Transcend’s value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Proven track record of success as an SDR manager (1+ years)
  • An ‘entrepreneur’ mentality - high energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, ownership mindset
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Passionate about data privacy and inspired by our vision to put users everywhere in control of their personal data
